Another 5 young researchers are travelling abroad on exchange visits
Congratulations to Anja Elaine Sørensen, Caroline Maag Kristensen, Jonas Roland Knudsen, Line Engelbrechtsen and Zeinab Mahmoudi, who this year received an exchange travel grant from the Danish Diabetes Academy intended to stimulate new collaborations between scientists in Denmark and abroad and to open up for the opportunity to learn different scientific techniques related to diabetes in prominent foreign laboratories.

PhD student Anja Elaine Sørensen has received an exchange travel grant of 27.000 DKK for a visit to the laboratory of Professor Anandwardhan A. Hardikar, University of Sydney, Australia from 1 April - 1 May 2017.
CAROLINE MAAG KRISTENSEN - UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL OF TÜBINGEN, GERMANYPhD student Caroline Maag Kristensen has received an exchange travel grant of 10.000 DKK to visit the laboratory of Professor Cora Weigert, University of Tübingen, Germany, from 13 February - 14 April 2017.
PhD student Jonas Roland Knudsen has received an exchange travel grant of 30.000 DKK to visit the laboratory of Professor Paul Verkade, University of Bristol, United Kingdom, from 14 August 2017 - 16 February 2018.
PhD student Line Engelbrechtsen, Section of Metabolic Genetics, NNF Center for Basic Metabolic Research, University of Copenhagen, has received an exchange travel grant of 9.638 kr. for a visit to the research group of Professor Ewan Pearson, Division of Molecular and Clinical Medicine, University of Dundee, Scottland, for 4 weeks by the end of August 2017.
