What will happen with the cancelled or postponed DDA educational and networking activities?

The COVID-19 has affected a number of DDA activities, and we are working hard on rescheduling the events either as online training or setting a new date in the autumn 2020 or early 2021.
The status per 1 April, and under the condition that the Danish government has allowed for large assemblies again, is:
- PhD & Postdoc Course in Reproducible Research in R: An introductory course on modern data analyses and workflows: Most likely to be organised in June or in September 2020. Participants who already have been allocated a seat have first priority.
- Diabetic Wound Healing Workshop: Most likely to be organised in the autumn 2020.
- Cambridge- DDA PhD & Postdoc Course on Metabolic Aspects of the Brain Muscle Axis (in Cambridge, UK): Re-scheduled to 3-4 September 2020. Still a few available seats.
- PhD & Postdoc Course on Big Data & Artificial Intelligence: Re-scheduled to week five or six in 2021.
- Workshop on Do-It-Yourself Diabetes Technology: Most likely to be organised in the autumn 2020.
- PhD & Postdoc Course on Meeting the Reproducibility Challenges in Research – Importance of Quality Assessment in the Laboratory: Keynote talk from Associate Professor Kristian Hvidtfeldt Nielsen, Aarhus University, will be given online on 28 April 2020 at 15:00 hrs. as an introduction to the course. The course will most likely be held in October 2020 (stay updated on our website). Please register to the webinar on the DDA website.
- Collaboration in Diabetes: Most likely to be organised in the winter 2020 or spring 2021.
- Will Future Technology Solve Retinopathy Screening Challenges? A part of it will be an online course. Please stay updated on the DDA website.
