Postdoctoral Research Leadership Course 2019

The aim of the course is to introduce Postdoctoral researchers to a variety of management tools that will be helpful when supervising PhD students. During the course, the participants will be introduced to leadership and management in research environments, how to form a research group with shared goals despite cultural diversity and competition, teamwork and communication, personal development and reflexive leadership.

Detailed description
Postdoctoral Research Leadership Course 2019 is an intensive 3-day course that addresses the principles of postdoctoral research management and leadership as well as challenges met by postdoctoral research managers when working in an international and intercultural environment. The postdoctoral researchers will acquire a variety of management tools that will be useful when supervising PhD students.
During the 3-day course, the participants will cover the following topics:
