New study in neurotic pain by DDA-researcher Páll Karlsson

Neurothic pain is difficult to treat, and pain research has largely focused on nervecells that transmit pain signals. But in a new study, published in Journal of Neuroscience 8 August (http://www.jneurosci.org/content/38/32/7032) Danish Diabetes Academy-Postdoc Páll Karlsson and his colleagues show that targeting receptors on immune cells may be more effective for chronic pain.
