Do You Have a Scientific Story to Tell? – Call for National and International Postdocs for Series 2 of our Podcast!

The Danish Diabetes Academy is looking for postdocs in diabetes and metabolism related research fields to participate in series 2 of our podcast, ‘Postdocs Talking’.
With the first series of our podcast ‘Postdocs Talking’ released and well received, we now set our sights on a second series to keep the voices of postdocs coming.
A platform for future leaders in science
We wish to give the next generation of leaders in science a platform to talk about their work, to connect to society, and to broaden the interest in their research, possibly and hopefully sparking wider interest in the STEM fields.
Format and audience
We aim to interview two guests each episode – one postdoc and one person working directly in a relevant sector of society (health care professional, educator, politician, etc). The two guests need not know one another. The target audience is scientists at all levels, as well as anyone with an interest in science. We expect to have an international reach.
Who can participate?
Ideally, we need postdocs who have a great story to tell about their research and how that research connects to some application for society. Even though DDA is located in Denmark, our scope is wider, and we are inviting postdocs from all over to join us for recordings.
Recordings will take place either online or in the studio of Kontekst & Lyd in Copenhagen.
Participants will be thoroughly briefed before being recordings.
