The DDA Awards 2020 presented to Páll Karlsson and Lykke Sylow
The DDA-Funded Scientist Award 2020 and the DDA Young Investigator Award 2020 were presented to two junior diabetes researchers at the online Networking Meeting for DDA-Funded Researchers on 7 December 2020.

The DDA-Funded Scientist Award was presented to Associate Professor Páll Karlsson, Danish Pain Research Center, Aarhus University, for showning great potential to be a world‐class researcher within his field of expertise.

Young Investigator Award 2020
The Young Investigator Award was presented to Associate Professor Lykke Sylow, Department of Nutrition, Exercise and Sports, University of Copenhagen, for showing promising research and making an important contribution to the understanding and treatment of diabetes.
