Research grants from the Danish Diabetes Association 2021

In 2021 the Danish Diabetes Association will allocate three research grants for younger scientists within the field of diabetes, and one special research grant for a 2-year postdoc project within the field of diabetes.
Three research grants for younger scientists within the field of diabetes
The Danish Diabetes Association supports younger scientists at the postdoc level conducting research within medicine, nursing, life sciences, social sciences or human sciences in relation to people with diabetes or prevention of diabetes.
Candidates for the research grants must have obtained the PhD degree within the last four years excl. maternity leave.
In 2021 the Danish Diabetes Association allocates grants of DKK 500,000 to each of three candidates.

Postdoctoral fellowship grant from the Danish Diabetes Association in celebration of the discovery of insulin 100 years ago - Special research grant for a 2-year postdoc project within the field of diabetes
In celebration of the 100 years since the discovery of insulin, the Danish Diabetes Association grants an extraordinary 2 year postdoc fellowship.
The Danish Diabetes Association supports younger scientists at the postdoc level conducting research within medicine, nursing, life sciences, social sciences or human sciences in relation to people with diabetes or prevention of diabetes.
Candidates for the postdoc research grant must have obtained the PhD degree within the last four years. excl. maternity leave.
The grant is of DKK 1.2 million.
