Assistant Professor Kedar Natarajan, Head of Research at the Functional Genomics and Metabolism Unit, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Univeristy of Southern Denmark, is calling for applications to both a PhD and a Postdoctoral position in the areas of systems biology and single-cell transcriptomics of embryonic stem cells and during embryonic development, respectively.
NATARAJAN LAB AT THE FUNCTIONAL GENOMICS AND METABOLISM UNIT
You will be part of Natarajan lab investigating cell cycle and transcriptional regulation during embryonic development using a range of state-of-art single-cell imaging and transcriptomic approaches and CRISPR-Cas9 perturbations.
PHD POSITION IN SYSTEMS BIOLOGY AND SINGLE-CELL TRANSCRIPTOMICS OF EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS
The position is available for three years with possibility for extension.
