DSAF spring meeting 2018 on childhood obesity treatment

On 8 May 2018, Danish Association for the Study of Obesity (Dansk Selskab for Adipositasforskning - DSAF) is conducting their spring meeting - all interested are welcome.
CHILDHOOD OBESITY TREATMENT - METHODS AND PERSPECTIVES
Severe obesity in children and adolescents is one of the biggest threats to the Danish youth. It is a big challenge for the Danish health care system, but what treatment options do obese children and adolescents in Denmark have? Do these options follow the international acknowledged guidelines for treatment of children with severe obesity?
Founder of Fit for Kids Pelle Plesner, Leader of The Children's Obesity Clinic Jens-Christian Holm and the international acknowledged leading scientist and clinician within childhood obesity Professor Ram Weiss will give interesting and inspiring lectures about treatment of severe obesity in children and adolescents.
