Lene Madsen receives travel grant from the Danish Diabetes Association on World Diabetes Day

On World Diabetes Day, 14 November 2017, MD, Danish Diabetes Academy PhD fellow Lene Ring Madsen, Department of Endocrinology and Internal Medicine, Aarhus University Hospital, received a travel grant from the Danish Diabetes Association presented by HRH Prince of Denmark Joachim, patron of the Danish Diabetes Association.
The grant of 10.000 DKK will partly be covering a combined clinical- and research stay at University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia at Danish Diabetes Acaddemy Visiting Professor David McIntyre.
