PhD defence by Ditte Sørensen and seminar about Insulin Action in Vascular Endothelium

On March 17, 2017 Danish Diabetes Academy PhD fellow Ditte Sørensen will defend her PhD thesis entitled: The role of endothelial cell insulin resistance and endothelial activation in tumor formation, in continuation of the seminar Insulin Action in Vascular Endothelium with guest speakers Assistant Professor Etto C. Eringa and Assistant Professor Christian Rask-Madsen - all interested are welcome to attend.
SEMINAR GUEST SPEAKERS
Etto C. Eringa, Department of Physiology, VU University Medical Center Amsterdam, NL, will talk about Adipose-Endothelial Cross Talk as a Regulator of Perfusion and Insulin Sensitivity.
Christian Rask-Madsen, Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, US, will talk about Insulin Resistance in Endothelial Cells as a Determinant of Impaired Angiogenesis in Diabetes.
